SHIPPING TIMES AND RATES

We usually take 2-4 days for processing your order of the products that are in stock. If your order contains a product that is made to order or made to measure, please contact us for the time of the production.

Shipping within Czech Republic

PPL: 110 Kč / ZÁSILKOVNA: 80- 100 Kč

Shipping to Europe and rest of the World:

DHL EXPRESS / UPS / GLS / : Most of Europe and USA: delivery within 3 days Rest of the world: delivery within 3-5 days.

We ship almost to all countries, if you did not find your country please contact us and we calculate your shipping. Shipping costs may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. TRK cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.

FREE SHIPPING

FREE shipping and returns are offered in Czech Republic with an equivalent purchase of at least 6000 Kč Slovakia 7000 Kč and Europe, USA and CANADA with an equivalent purchase of at least 15.000 Kč.

The Product(s) ordered will be at your risk from the time of delivery or collection (as the case may be). Ownership of the Product(s) ordered will also pass to you on delivery or collection (as the case may be), provided full payment of all sums due in respect of the Product(s), including any delivery charges, has been received.

RETURN PROCESS

We hope you love your selected TRK pieces, however if you decide that it is not the best match, we would like to make it easy for you.

Return in person at a studio address: Tereza Rosalie Kladosova studio, Osadní 26, Praha 7, 170 00.

If you are having trouble to send it back to us, we can arrange a pick up for you.

RETURN POLICY

TRK has 14 days return policy, meaning that you need to send your returned item/s within the next 14 days after you received your purchase in order to be eligible for a refund. Your returned item must be unused, clean and in the same condition that you received it (please be aware of jewellery snags or makeup stains), in the original packaging with its tags and labels.

Once your item is received, we will inspect it and let you know if your return is approved or not. If it is, TRK will refund the full value of the goods using the same method as your original payment within 5 working days. Please note that we will not refund the original shipping cost and that we cannot refund international duties and taxes.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All made to measure pieces, or garments with any kind of alterations can not be returned.
Please note that TRK gift cards can not be refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final and archive sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Whilst we have taken reasonable steps to depict Products as accurately as possible through the photographs and other images featured on the Site, the detailing (such as colour, pattern and texture, etc.) you see on-screen will depend on your monitor and, as such, may not exactly reflect the actual detailing of a Product when you receive it.

Any information on the Site regarding sizing of Products is included as a guide only. If you are in any doubt as to the size of any Product you require, we recommend that you contact us prior to placing an order.
